This Privacy Policy explains how Vehicle Experts ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Radio Code Generator Blaupunkt mobile application (the "App").

We use analytics tooling to understand how the App is used. This may include device and operating-system information, app interactions and screen activity, approximate location derived from your IP address, and diagnostic data. See Analytics & Session Replay below.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate the App:

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or others.
We use Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use the App through behavioural metrics and session replay, which helps us diagnose issues and improve the product. Clarity may record interactions and screen content. We take steps to mask sensitive fields, but you should not enter information you do not wish to be processed. Microsoft processes this data in accordance with its Privacy Statement.
Your request data is stored in our Supabase project and your uploaded photo is stored in a private storage bucket. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain request data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements — approximately 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Under the UK GDPR (and, where applicable, other laws such as the EU GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@carlytics.store. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our service providers may process and store data in countries outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or a UK International Data Transfer Agreement) for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App.
